Everyone at one time or another, has physical problems that get you to a doctor’s office. Just as we need medical attention for physical problems, we also need counseling for emotional problems. Our mind and body work together and if something is wrong within us, it will show in how we think, feel, and behave. For example, if we’re tired and sleepy, our eyes may struggle to stay open and we do not function to the maximum of our ability. The same thing happens when we are not emotionally well, other things start falling apart such as our relationships and our functioning at work or school. This is why it is as important to work with a therapist that you trust for your emotional wellness problems. Elda would be honored to walk by your side as you navigate the problems and challenges that life may bring to you unexpectedly or over the past months or years. If you are reading this, it is likely that you’ve been thinking that you may need to talk to someone, so wait no more. Your emotional as well as your physical health are important to your overall well being and happiness.
If a man insisted always on being serious, and never allowed himself a bit of fun and relaxation, he would go mad or become unstable without knowing it.
